Hydraulic Press For Disc Cutter 8 Tonne

Description

This heavy duty four pillar press for extra strength and even pressure, is an ideal machine for all your punching, bending and riveting needs.

To use simply place your metal on red plate with pancake die for example (you may choose something to cushion the piece either side) and use handle to achieve height required to press out the metal shape then release.

With four fixing points so it can be secured to a work bench or work surface.

This 8 tonne (8000kg) bottle jack is pumped up using the handle included like a regular jack moving the plate up and is released using the blue dial next to the red button on the front of the machine which brings it back down.

To use with a disc cutter such asyou will need something placing underneath such as a metal plate to heighten otherwise the press and cutter will not meet to press.

We advise that safety equipment such as glasses () should be worn.

Please note:

• Ensure the bolts are tightly secured to prevent the plates from becoming uneven during the press
• When tightening the bolts, make sure the plates are perfectly level to allow for an even press
• Release the pressure as needed by opening the release valve
