Disc Cutter Set 14 Sizes From 3.0mm To 16.0mm

Description

Disc Cutters are a useful tool for any jeweller. They punch discs from sheet metal, but can also be used to punch holes in a number of different materials including metal, paper, card and leather.

This 14 sizes Disc Cutting Set will cut a maximum of 1.00mm sheet.

It contains the following cutter diameters:

• 3mm
• 4.5mm
• 5mm
• 6mm
• 7mm
• 7.5mm
• 8mm
• 8.5mm
• 10mm
• 11mm
• 12mm
• 13mm
• 14mm
• 16mm

Remove all cutters before use. To operate, insert your metal sheet into centre slit under the circle required. Insert the corresponding cutter and strike with a hammer, preferably a brass mallet ().

The metal disc will be stamped from the metal sheet and can be found on the underside of the tool.

The disc stamped will be the same diameter as the cutter used. Made from steel.

Please note, metal sheet should be annealed before stamping.
