Value Multi Angle Mitre Jig

Description

The Multi Angle Mitre Jig is a time-saving and highly useful addition to any jeweller’s toolbox.

Use the flat clamp edge to cut and file straight, accurate edges at a perfect 90° angle or to a bevelled 45° edge. Use the V-grooves to accurately centre wire or tube, to be cut to a perfect45°, 60° and 90° Angles edge every time in sheet (up to 28.5mm wide) using this three hinge device.

This has been made from high grade hardened steel – 60 HRC.

Maximum wire thicknesses:

• 45°: Flat wire – 25mm wide x 6mm thick, Round wire – 6.5mm
• 60°: Flat wire – 25mm wide x 7mm thick, Round wire – 7.5mm
• 90°: Flat wire – 25mm wide x 8mm thick, Round wire – 9mm
