These snap-on emery discs are ideal for smoothing, refining, and preparing metal surfaces during jewellery work and general craft applications.

240 grit is a medium grade often used for general smoothing. It removes the scratch pattern left by coarser papers and starts to create a more even surface. Many jewellers use 240 grit as a starting point for lighter finishing work where heavy shaping is not required.

Designed for use with a Screw-In Top Mandrel for Rubber Wheels (), the discs securely attach to the mandrel for stable and controlled working.

For the ideal finish, start with coarse grit and gradually work through to extra fine.
