Description

This ultrasonic cleaner is a device that uses ultrasonic sound waves to clean delicate and intricate items. These sound waves create high-frequency pressure waves in the cleaning solution, causing the formation and collapse of tiny bubbles through a process known as cavitation.

Additionally, it is equipped with an automatic constant temperature heating device, offering a temperature range of 20-80°C. Featuring an LED display that shows cleaning time and temperature, it also includes a de-gas function which helps to remove any air bubbles which could interfere with the Ultrasonic cleaning action.

How to use it step by step:

• Fill the unit to approximately 2/3rds capacity with clean water. Do not go over the Max line.
• Set the timer to the required time.
• Add the required cleaning agent (ensuring it is not acidic or flammable). The ultrasonic is pre-set to 50°C, the ideal temperature for cleaning detergents. This setting can be adjusted according to the instructions provided.
• Once the timer is set, press the “DEGAS” button to switch to degassing mode.
• Once the timer has finished, press the “ULTRASONIC” or “SEMIWAVE” button to switch between full or half-wave operation.
• Heater plus is the shortcut botton for heating power increase 80% to 200%. It makes heating up time much shorter.

After cleaning is finished always empty the used fluid and wipe out the tub, this helps extend the life of the unit and avoids cross contamination.

Please note : Ensure that no liquid is left in the tank if it is to be stored for an extended period.
