The LG-Findings TIG Welder is engineered to deliver exceptional performance and precision, designed by jewellers for jewellers.

It offers three preset welding programmes (gold, silver, and universal), each rigorously tested on various metals and conditions common within the jewellery industry. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced professional, the intuitive interface ensures smooth navigation, easy parameter selection, and the production of clean, precise, and durable welds.

Capable of welding a wide range of metals – including gold, silver, platinum, and stainless steel – it provides unmatched precision and accuracy. The welder is also compatible with titanium, nickel, and tin alloys, making it versatile for all jewellery-related applications. will be minimal and easily controllable.

Please note – The welding process may cause discoloration of gemstones and delicate pieces due to the thermal impact during work.

This system is ideal for single, precise tasks, such as creating high-precision joins required for chain links. For larger projects and frequent use, we recommend the Lampert PUK 6 (1VP 083).

How it works:

TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) welding utilises a tungsten electrode to create an arc that melts and fuses metals. A shielding gas, such as argon, prevents oxygen contamination, ensuring strong, clean welds. If you need to pause, simply move the workpiece away from the electrode tip.
