The LG Findings Welder is designed for welding materials with thicknesses ranging from approximately 0.25 mm to 0.7 mm.

Since the pulse duration of the welds can be adjusted to as low as 3 milliseconds, the thermal impact will be minimal and easily controllable.

Please note – The welding process may cause discoloration of gemstones and delicate pieces due to the thermal impact during work.

How it works:

• TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) welding utilises a tungsten electrode to create an arc that melts and fuses metals. A shielding gas, such as argon, prevents oxygen contamination, ensuring strong, clean welds. If you need to pause, simply move the workpiece away from the electrode tip.

Eye-protecting light filter:

The LG-Findings Eye Protection System is an essential tool for precision work on larger pieces that may not fit under a microscope.

This versatile magnifier system provides professional-grade magnification of 2.25x (5DPT) and features a durable LED light source.

The Optic Unit emits bright white LED light, using just 7.5 watts to ensure your working area remains well-lit during welding.

The electronically controlled eye-protecting filter offers a luminescence rating of DIN3 and an obscuration level of DIN11.

A flexible arm with a three-joint mechanism allows you to position the light source exactly where it is needed. The arm measures This eye protection system incorporates a five-dioptre magnification lens and an automatic darkening lens (ADL).

The lens darkens automatically during welding to protect your eyes from sparks, returning to normal once the welding stops.

The unit is fully adjustable, allowing operators to find a comfortable working position.

The system attaches directly to PUK/TIG welders.

PUK flow regulator:

This PUK flow regulator is used to control the flow of argon gas from a compressed gas cylinder to the PUK 6 pulse arc welding machine.

Argon is commonly used as a shielding gas during welding to protect the weld area from contamination and oxidation by the surrounding air.

Featuring a dual gauge display, the PUK flow regulator ensures a dependable weld as it enables precise control of the argon gas flow rate, which should be set at 2 litres per minute.
