Acid dip salt S from Heimerle + Meule is an innovative mixture of acidic salt that replaces liquid acids for pickling and acid dip treatments.

Developed by highly qualified specialists, this solution works perfectly at 18-25°C. It is very easy to handle, therefore achieving a fast and efficient processing result every time.

Solutions of the dry acid are suitable for acid dip treatments of precious metals, non-ferrous metals, steel and die-cast zinc before electroplating.

The solution contains undissolved salts, therefore you must shake the bottle well before use.

Instructions for use:

• Tank: PVC, PPH or polyethylene
• Bath temperature: 18-25°C
• Exposition time: 10-30 seconds
• The solution must be stirred until the chemicals have been dissolved and have fully merged with the water

The chemical must be stored sealed and has a limited shelf life (approx. 2 years after date of manufacturer). Always check the expiry date displayed on the bottle.
