Heimerle + Meule 10% Sulphuric Acid Solution is a preparation liquid that is used for effectively cleaning metal surfaces before plating. It acts as an additional cleaning step: stripping any remaining residues from the metal surface, ensuring a reliable plate.

This acid bath should be used after ultrasonic cleaning and degreasing of the item and is the final process before plating with H+M Rhodium Whitestar solutions:

• Whitestar ready mix 1 Litre:
• Whitestar concentrate 200ml:
• Whitestar Pen Solution 100ml: 998 1412
• Whitestar Pen Solution 50ml: 998 1411

This 1 litre solution is a liquid alternative to H+M Acid Dip Salt S ().

Instructions for use:

• Clean the item using H+M Ultra 3000 (998 1484) Ultrasonic cleaning concentrate and H+M Electrolytic Degreasing Salts (998 1482, 998 1481)
• Follow on with 10% Sulphuric Acid Solution bath
• Rinse in deionised water ()
• Dry thoroughly before plating

The chemical must be stored sealed and has a limited shelf life (approx. 2 years after date of manufacturer). Always check the expiry date displayed on the bottle.
