Description

This blue Eveflex tapered cylinder profile burr, mounted on a 2.34mm shank, is made from rubber material infused with a very coarse grit abrasive compound.

Used primarily for deburring, cleaning, and rough finishing on metal surfaces.

It helps to remove excess material, smooth rough edges, and shape surfaces before finer finishing is done.

The rubber composition allows for more controlled abrasion, reducing the risk of overcutting or damaging the jewellery piece while providing a more uniform finish compared to metal burrs.

It’s often used for refining surfaces, removing oxidation, and prepping pieces for polishing.

Used in conjunction with a pendant motor, micromotor or hobby drill.
