Burr Bud No 6 1.6mm, Box Of 6

Description

This bud burr measures 1.6mm diameter at its widest and it tappers to a fine point.

The bud shape was designedto remove unwated material ready for stone setting. It can aslo be used to cut azures underneath the settings and opening up holes.

Made from steel, each burrs construction is of a number of teeth/blades (in a given shape) mounted onto a 2.34mm shank.

Suitable to be used on metal,wax and plastic.

Designed to be used in conjunction with a pendant drill, hobby drill or micromotor.

The shank fits into the collet/chuck of the drill, and when turned removes the surface being worked upon.

Quantity of material removed depends on pressure applied.

Use of ‘Burr Life lubricant’ () helps to prolong the burs’ cutting ability. Remember to have your motor set going clockwise to make the burr last even longer.
