Adjustable Saw Frame 76mm/3″ Deep

Description

This adjustable metal saw frame with a wooden handle is ideal for everyday cutting tasks. Designed for ease of use, it allows for blade direction adjustment by simply loosening the screw, sliding the arm to the desired position, and tightening it. This feature is especially useful for reusing broken blades.

The frame accommodates saw blades up to 150mm in length, with a frame depth of 76mm and a maximum cutting depth of 76mm/3”.

It is recommended to use bees wax to lubricate you saw blades

To fit blade:

• Loosen the screws, insert the blade ensuring the teeth are pointing towards the handle and facing away from the frame
• Tighten one screw, then push the frame against the bench and tighten the other screw, keeping the frame under pressure.
• The blade will be held taut in the frame

Never use pliers to tighten the nuts on the frame as this will damage the screw thread.
