Preciosa Cubic Zirconia & Gems are cut exclusively from synthetic crystals of the highest quality.

The man-made answer to natural diamonds, Preciosa Cubic Zirconia are free of inclusions, totally transparent and have incredible light dispersion.

Made with only the highest quality inclusion-free rough, each stone is cut to a variation tolerance of +/-0.01mm and every facet is individually polished to give these stones an even brighter fire than diamond.

Preciosa Cubic Zirconia are suitable for the lost wax casting process and are also resistant to acids, bases and humidity.

These Zirconia are in the ‘Alpha Round Brilliant’ cut, a re-imagined round cut, which achieves the most ideal ratio of brilliance, scintillation and fire ever exemplified by round-cut cubic zirconia.

Enhancing cubic zirconia’s natural optical properties and aesthetic characteristics, the ‘Alpha’ cut includes a microscopic laser engraved Preciosa logo as proof of origin and authenticity.

In the colour ‘Amethyst’, these stones display a dazzling deep purple sparkle, that will never change or fade.

These stones measure 5mm in size and are sold individually.

Preciosa Cubic Zirconia have a hardness of 8.5 on the Mohs scale and heat resistance of up to 600 C / 1,112 F.

Please note: Preciosa gemstones are categorized into three different types based on their heat resistance:

• White Cubic Zirconia: Up to 2,000C / 3,632F
• Black Cubic Zirconia: Up to 300C / 572F
• Other Coloured Cubic Zirconia: Up to 600C / 1,112F

While a standard cubic zirconia (not from Preciosa) typically has a heat resistance of around 899C / 1,650F.
