Oval Bezel/collet Forming Block With 11 Holes And 17 Degree Angle Punch Included

Description

This Oval Bezel/Collet Forming Block made from steel has 11 holes cut at a 75% ratio with an oval 145mm punch with a 48mm tapered end that fits into the holes.

The hole sizes are as follows 4mm x 3mm, 5mm x 3.75mm, 6mm x 4.5mm, 7mm x 5.25mm, 8mm x 6mm, 9mm x 6.75mm 10mm x 7.5mm 11mm x 8.25mm, 12mm x 9mm, 13mm x 9.75mm and 14mm x 10.5mm all of which are cut into 17 degree angles.

The punch is also made from steel,oval/conical in shape at the end and also cut to 17 degrees.

Used for forming, stretching, reducing or changing the shape of a collet.

To use; Place the collet into the appropriate hole, insert the punch and tap carefully with a hammer such as .

Collets should be annealed and gradually stretched or reduced.

This block is coated with a light grease to help prevent rusting.
