Description

Combining the imparted properties of silver and tin, the bonding strength of Matticraft K and the excellent oxide colour makes the alloy well suited for thin sections where depth of porcelain is minimal. The addition of gold, is offset by the reduction in palladium to produce an excellent milling and attachment alloy with superb margin definition characteristics. Tips: Avoid flux; allow casting to bench cool; avoid melts that are 100% scrap; ensure oxy-propane torches are correctly adjusted and that inclduction furnaces are calibrated; we recommend that furnaces used to fire this alloy should be purged weekly.
