The PUK 6.1 represents the next step forward in precision welding technology, building on decades of hands-on experience in developing welding solutions for jewellery professionals. This model introduces a faster and fully adjustable spot-welding sequence, allowing users to fine-tune speed continuously for greater control. It can store up to five custom programs, which remain saved even when the unit is powered down. When reactivated from standby, the machine automatically resumes using the most recent settings. A newly added PIN mode also simplifies the welding of pins and ear studs.

Through advanced computer simulations and extensive real-world testing, the welding performance has been further enhanced. Compared to previous generations, weld points are more consistent, visually cleaner, and more precise, raising fine welding accuracy to a new standard. Even extremely thin materials below 0.2 mm can be processed reliably, while a wide range of precious metal alloys can be welded for components such as rings, chains, fittings, eyelets, and studs.
