This 14ct Gold Filled Pearl Hooplet makes adding pearls to your jewellery designs simple. This beautiful, versatile finding is perfect to use in necklace, earring, or bracelet designs. The hooplet features an attached white crystal pearl set on a peg, and an aligned loop which lies parallel.

Gold filled jewellery is also known as rolled gold or gold bonded and is created by mechanically bonding a layer of gold to a layer of base metal – usually brass. The outer gold layer must be at least 1/20 of the overall metal content by weight. Therefore it makes a great alternative to gold plating, which is thinner and less durable.

The pearl has a diameter of 5mm. The hoop has an external diameter of 5mm, and a thickness of 0.64mm.
