Gold Filled Open Bangle With 4mm Cups And Pegs

This 12ct gold filled open bangle is a simple and elegant design that can be enhanced by fitting your pearls or beads of choice to the two cup and pegs at the opening.

Gold filled jewellery is also known as rolled gold or gold bonded and is created by mechanically bonding a layer of gold to a layer of base metal – usually brass. The outer gold layer must be at least 1/20 of the overall metal content by weight, and is therefore a much thicker and more durable alternative to gold plating. Unlike gold plated metal, gold filled can be soldered using 9ct gold easy solder.

The bangle has a diameter of 5.5cm and a circumference of 14.4cm (5.5 inches). It has a thickness of 2.5mm.

Please note this bangle should have a relatively tight fit to the wrist. It is not designed to be bent or over flexed in order to fit the wrist, as this may cause damage to the bangle.
