This flat, round, 14ct Gold Filled disc has a variety of uses, from a simple pendant or drop earrings to charm style bracelets, large jewellery tags and personalised stamped designs. We highly recommend using our wide range of ImpressArt stamps to create your unique hand-stamped designs.

The disc features an internal centred hole, ready to be attached directly onto a chain or cord. The disc has a plain, polished finish on both sides, making it ideal for metal stamping.

Please note gold filled material MUST be stamped delicately with care, to prevent damaging the gold layer.

Gold filled jewellery is also known as rolled gold or gold bonded and is created by mechanically bonding a layer of gold to a layer of base metal – usually brass. The outer gold layer must be at least 1/20 of the overall metal content by weight. Therefore it makes a great alternative to gold plating, which is thinner and less durable. Unlike gold plated metal, gold filled can be soldered using 9ct or 14ct gold easy solder.

Measures approximately 15.00mm in diameter, with a 9.80mm diameter internal hole. It has a thickness of 0.8mm.
