Gold Filled Cross Charm 16x10mm

Description

This 14ct Gold Filled Charm features a cross motif with a plain, polished finish. It has a variety of uses, from a simple pendant, to being used in charm style bracelets or drop earring designs.

At the top of the drop, a single loop allows you to connect this finding to your jewellery designs. Fix to a jump ring or bail to form a finished pendant, charm or earring drop.

Gold filled jewellery is also known as rolled gold or gold bonded and is created by mechanically bonding a layer of gold to a layer of base metal – usually brass. The outer gold layer must be at least 1/20 of the overall metal content by weight. Therefore it makes a great alternative to gold plating, which is thinner and less durable.

The cross measures 10mm (W) x 16mm (L), and has a thickness of 0.35mm.
