Description

This Charcoal Based Activated Carbon is used to embed Bronze Clay pieces for firing.

The Coal-based, acid-washed carbon creates a richly colourful patina on the pieces during firing.

To prepare the carbon for use, place it inside a kiln pan, cover with the lid and fire for 30 minutes at 1550°F.

This 550g pack of Coal Based Activated Carbon is the exact amount to fill the steel Kiln Pan which fits in our Evenheat Kingpin Kiln (855 1001).
